Where 9ks becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account holder is below the minimum age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, initiate an age verification review, and — where the minimum age requirement is confirmed to not have been met — permanently close the Account and report the matter in accordance with our regulatory obligations. Any funds held in such Accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
