These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 9ks (the "Company", "Platformwe", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://9ks.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 9ks Platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other means of access — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 9ks Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual games, lottery products, and any other gaming or wagering activity made available from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on9ks, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You areat least 21 years of age. 9ks strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy. Registration by individuals under this age is prohibited and any account opened in contravention of this requirement will be immediately closed with all funds held pending investigation.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and similar legal structures are not eligible to register as Players.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits access to online gaming platforms of this nature.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 9ks Platform or any associated platform operated by the Company.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 9ks for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company, its licensors, or its technology and payment service providers.

4.1 Account Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. 9ks reserves the right to refuse any registration at its absolute discretion.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 9ks will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request and may be required at any other point at the Company's discretion. You will be asked to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in a format acceptable to the Company's compliance team. 9ks processes all personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9ks accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in BTC and USDT. Available payment methods and applicable limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider. 9ks does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that the Player has previously used to make a deposit, or to a method verified during the KYC process, in accordance with the Company's anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The Company endeavours to process approved withdrawals within three (3) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any outstanding compliance reviews.

The Company reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or any other compliance-related requirement. In such cases, the Company will notify the Player and endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

5.4 Currency

All Account Balances, transactions, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Player has specifically elected a cryptocurrency denomination. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be processed at the exchange rate current at the time of the transaction.

9ks offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who are registered and have completed account verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without notice.
• 9ks reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the wagering and redemption process described in the relevant promotion terms.

6.2 VIP Program

The 9ks VIP Loyalty Program operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on verified monthly turnover and is subject to periodic review. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates and birthday bonuses, are detailed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Tier downgrades may occur if minimum monthly turnover thresholds are not maintained.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other Players to systematically extract value from promotions. Where such conduct is identified, 9ks reserves the right to void bonuses, close Accounts, and withold associated winings.

All games and betting markets available on the 9ks Platform are governed by specific Game Rules published within each game interface or market listing. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before participating. The following general provisions apply to all gameplay:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 9ks does not accept cancellation or amendment requests for confirmed bets, except in circumstances where a market has been voided or suspended by the Company.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may vary between product categories and Player account levels.
• In the event of a technical failure, connection disruption, or game malfunction during play, the Company will endeavour to honour bets where the outcome can be determined from logged game data. Where a reliable outcome cannot be determined, the Company reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to affected Players.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited random number generators (RNG). Certified RTP percentages are published within each game interface.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will be subject to account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ks Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, with any funds in the Account subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any time during the operation of an Account.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering an Account in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Coluding with other Players, third parties, or employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. 9ks will report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographical access controls.

9ks is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming activity in a way that remains safe and enjoyable. The Platform makes available suite of responsible gambling features accessible from within each registered Account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts at player-defined intervals to help monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period between24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the 9ks Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 9ks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, 9ks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit Content without the prior written consent of 9ks.

The 9ks name, brand, and associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark of the Company without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9ks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the Company.
• Reasonable belief that the Account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Risk management or legal compliance requirements at the Company's discretion.

Where an Account is terminated for a reason other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, any genuine verified Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding compliance review. Where termination results from a breach by the Player, the Company reserves the right to withold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Customer Support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining verified Balance will be paid out via the standard withdrawal process.

9ks takes complaints seriously and is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, you should follow the steps below:

1. First Contact: Raise the issue via Live Chat or email the Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the complaint, and any supporting documentation. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first contact level, request escalation to the Compliance Team. You will receive a substantive written response within five (5) business days.
3. Final Decision: Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to the Company's licensing authority for independent adjudication in accordance with the Company's licence conditions.

Disputes relating to the outcome of a game round or betting market must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the event in question. The Company will not consider disputes raised outside this period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its gaming licence. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. However, by using 9ks, you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you use the Platform at your own legal risk and responsibility.

9ks reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will provide notice to Players via the Platform, email, or other communication channel.

Your continued use of the 9ks Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

We encourage Players to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. The most recent version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
